Good but not weighty enough

Good reins, light weight, thin, and doesn’t feel like normal leather. They are so light they don’t stay put if draped over your horse’s neck. I had one fall off my horse’s neck on our first ride and unfortunately he stepped on it causing it to completely snap under the stitching. Would like these better if they were a little heavier so they stayed put instead of sliding off. They still look good and I still like them, but I’m glad I bought two pairs.
