Do we stock our products?
Yes, we stock most of our products so that they can be shipped quickly after an order is placed. Some items may not be in stock but are already on order with the manufacturer (in this case, your order may be delayed by a few days) or will be ordered shortly. We place orders with manufacturers on a regular basis so our inventory is very fluid. In some instances, we may have the item shipped to you directly from the manufacturer to expedite your order.
What is "Available for Pre-Order"?
If you see "Available for Pre-Order", this means that the item may not be currently in stock but it is available to order. Please allow additional time for this item. For more details on the timing of the product, please email us at info@WarmbloodTackStore.com.
Satisfaction Guarantee!
We want you to be satisfied with every product that you order from us! Everything that you purchase comes with our guarantee. Please inspect your items and try them on (if applicable) immediately upon receipt. Any product that you try on your horse must be returned free of horse hair, dirt, and with original tags and packaging, so please take necessary precautions. We recommend using an old bed sheet to put on your horse first prior to fitting a blanket.
Returns are Easy!
If an item does not meet your expectations, Warmblood Tack Store will gladly accept returns of any stock item within 30 days of the invoice date.
Refunds for returns received more than 30 days after the invoice date will be issued as a store credit. Clearance items are returnable for in-store credit only. Custom order items are not returnable. We cannot refund shipping/handling costs. All merchandise must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Individually boxed items must be returned in their manufacturer's box in original condition. They must be mailed within another box or wrapped. A 20% restocking fee per item will be charged on any merchandise not returned in original condition, as well as on boxed items not boxed or wrapped.
Custom Order Returns
Sorry, custom order items are not returnable.
How to Return an Item
Items that are returnable should be returned as follows:
1. Complete the Return Form (PDF). If there was not a Return Form in your package, please print one from here.
2. Securely package any/all returnable merchandise with original invoice(s), box or bag, and WTS Return Form and send to:

3. Once we receive your package and check the contents, we will credit your credit card, send you a check for the amount of the merchandise or supply you with a store credit. How to Exchange an Item
Items may be exchanged for different sizes/colors as follows:
1. Complete the Return Form (PDF) and indicate your exchange request.
2. Securely package any/all returnable & exchangeable items with original invoice(s), box or bag, and WTS Return Form and send to:

3. Once we receive your package and check the contents, your exchange will be sent out to you as long as the item is still in stock. If the item is no longer available, we will either issue a store credit or refund your money. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Have we made a mistake?
Everyone makes mistakes now and then. If you have received an incorrect order, or your merchandise is damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we will rectify the situation.
Shipping Information
Shipping rates are based on the amount of your total order. Product shipped within the contiguous 48 states will be charged the rates listed below identified as Domestic Rates. Typically we will ship either USPS First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground. In some instances, your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or arrive in multiple boxes. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will experience an $8.00 surcharge.
