Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, Warmblood Tack Store will gladly accept returns of most stock items within 30 days of the Receipt Date.  Refunds for returns received more than 30 days after the Receipt Date will be issued as a gift card/store credit.  Shipping charges are not refundable on returns and exchanges.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Clearance items and Custom Orders are not returnable.  Shipping charges will be reimbursed if the item returned was incorrect or defective.  All merchandise must be unworn or unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. Individually boxed items must be returned in their manufacturer's box in original condition.  Returned items must be mailed within another box or wrapped.  A 20% restocking fee per item will be charged on any merchandise not returned in original condition, as well as on boxed items not boxed or wrapped.  If an item is returned in poor condition, we may refuse your return. ThinLine Products are accepted as returns/exchanges only if they are in original (unused) condition with all tags attached.  We are unable to re-sell ThinLine products as used/returned/demo, as per the manufacturer requirements.  Warmblood Tack Store reserves the right to not accept the item as returned. If the item was simply the wrong size or has not been used/worn, it can be returned or exchanged.  Bits cannot be returned. 

CUSTOM ORDER RETURNSSorry, custom/personalized order items are not returnable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEMItems that are returnable should be returned as follows: 1.  Complete the Return Form (PDF).  If there was not a return form in your package, please print one from here.  It is very important that a completed Return Form is included with your returned item. 2.  Securely package any/all returnable merchandise with original invoice(s), box or bag, and send to:

3.  Once we receive your package and inspect the contents, we will issue the appropriate refund.  Return shipping and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and not refundable.  For questions, you may email us at: service@warmbloodtackstore.com

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM
Items may be exchanged for different sizes/colors, or a different item, as follows: 1.  Complete the Return Form (PDF) and indicate your exchange request. 2.  Calculate the shipping cost of the exchanged item (based on item value found on the Return Form).  You may either write a check for the difference, include payment information, or request a secure link to pay via PayPal.  Unfortunately, we are unable to charge the original method of payment (credit card).  

3.  Securely package any/all returnable & exchangeable items with original invoice(s), box or bag, and WTS Return Form and send to:

4.  Once we receive your package and check the contents, your exchange will be sent out to you as long as the item is still in stock.  If the item is no longer available, we will either issue a gift card/store credit or a refund.  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  For questions, you may email us at service@warmbloodtackstore.com
