Nice halter but to many quirks

The padded bands and the shape are nice. However, where the bottom piece clips to the chin strap ring it makes the 1/2 twist in the halter - that is a poor design flaw! It will have to be fixed or returned. The leather is pretty stiff, making the crown/throat latch hard to adjust. There is a quick clip here so once it's fitted it would not have to be adjusted much. It will need lots of oil to soften the outer leather layer.

Thank you for your feedback. The design of this halter (curved noseband with padded 1' leather) lends itself to being a halter that will take some time to form to a horse's face. Oiling it and 'training' the halter will help (however if the halter is oiled and/or modified, it cannot be returned). If you decide to return, please keep tags on it and do not oil.
